Resort view is so beautiful. The location of this resort is very good. The resort was room heater, which helps to keep the room warm. Food quality was also it was one of the good resort in gulmarg. Wonderful experience. Lovely location with a good and smiling service. Always helpful. The restaurant service and food is outstanding. You ask for hot water to drink and it comes in less than 10 mins to your room. Room service is fast and efficient. Walking distance to gondola. We just checked out today morning and my family has only good things to talk about them. They actually go out of their way to serve us. Would love to visit again.
It was a peaceful stay, and service was excellent. Nice guys who are ready to help you, it is budget friendly and centrally heated with eloquent look of mountain. . Rooms are nice and most important thing is cost is worth too. Thank you pine palace resort. It was a great time there.
I am on Kashmir tour currently and this is one of the best resorts I got in my package. Absolutely worth visiting and lucky to be here. The hospitality, food quality, room service, the resort location, the outside view, interior designing.. everything was of top quality. I would love to visit again in this resort.
Location is very close to gandola, recommend to have food in hotels due to two reasons, no good restaurants nearby and their food is yummy, they have well heated rooms, heated blankets, nice hospitality. Must recommend
The Pine Palace Resort is beautifully located near 5 mins walk from Gondola Station. It offers scenic view of the surrounding snow capped mountains. Staff is very courteous and hospitable. Rooms and toilets are also clean. Food options are limited but whatever they cook it is delicious. All in all it was great experience.
It's an excellent place to stay due to following : - five mins walking distance to gandola - good food - very helpful staff (they went out of the way and walked in heavy snow with us)
